Physical eduction teacher Mrs. Linda Bamrick will accept sign ups for powderpuff football teams during all three lunch periods on Sept. 10, Sept. 11 and Sept. 12 in the cafeteria.

The first official practices will take place on Sept. 15 from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m., with practice and elimination games on Sept. 22. The top eight teams will advance to a single elimination tournament during Homecoming week, with the championship game on Sept. 27.

Bamrick noted that any female athlete who wants to participate in powderpuff must receive approval by her head coach, even if her sport is not currently in season.

A fee of $11, which includes a T-shirt, must be submitted when registering.
